FRUHLING beer is made with the clearest water, best barley malt and hop extract. Brewing and production takes place at the brewey, using traditional methods and craftmanship te secure a stable quality and great taste of the beer.
During the brewing process the quality is premanetly monitored and controled. A long history of beer making ensures a perfectly made lager beer.

FRUHLING beer is brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) of 1516.
The Reinheitsgebot has ist origin in 1487 and was endorsed in 1516. The Reinheitsgebot is a regulation concerning the production of beer in which later became Germany stated that the only ingredients that could be used for the brewing of beer were water, barley and hops.
